Thank you for considering Creative Littleton for your next event. Below are some frequently asked questions.
The event rental fee schedule is below. Costs in addition to rental fee include a refundable security deposit ($500), liability insurance (purchased on your own for $75-$150), alcohol fee ($300 for daytime event and $500 for evening event), and optional parking lot fee (purchased on your own - $200 for 28 spots) for parking in addition to 3 spots included with rental.
**Holidays may have a premium fee attached.

Daytime (8 am – 2 pm)
Monday-Thursday (2 hr min) $100 hr
Friday and Sunday (3 hr min) $250 hr
Saturday (3 hr min) $300 hr
Evening ( 3 pm – 12 am)
Monday-Thursday (3 hr min) $250 hr
Friday and Sunday (4 hr min) $400 hr
Saturday (4 hr min) $500 hr
* additional rider/deposit if alcohol is being served

We are happy to set up a time to meet you at the venue to review the space and discuss lay out options for your event.
We do not have contracts with any caterers, so you are allowed to bring your own food. We also do not hold a liquor license, so you can bring your own alcohol as well. You are required to follow Colorado liquor laws. No one under 21 is allowed to consume alcohol and charging for alcohol is not permitted.

Live music is permitted. We ask that guests be respectful of neighbors with outdoor music. A
sonos system is also available for your use both inside and outside.
In your rental, the following are included:
· 3 Conversational seating areas
· 18 ft dining table with 20 chairs
· Bar & barstools (no alcohol included)
· (6) 6 ft round tables
· 50 white event chairs
· Use of catering kitchen/workspace
· Projector & drop down screen
· Outdoor patio & rooftop deck seating
· Wifi and sound system
· 3 parking spots (1 handicap)
The event space can be changed to accommodate your event needs. We are happy to review options with you.
