We want your guests to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment they arrive, which is why parking is a breeze at Creative Littleton. With your venue rental, you’ll have access to 3 onsite parking spots, including 1 handicap accessible spot for easy access. Additionally, guests are welcome to utilize available free street parking around the venue.

For larger events or additional convenience, we’re happy to connect you with the owners of nearby private parking lots available for rent. This ensures your guests have plenty of options to park and enjoy your event without worry.

Creative Littleton offers a flexible and spacious venue for your event. Our indoor capacity accommodates up to 90 guests, while our outdoor space can comfortably host an additional 35 guests.

Please note that seating layouts, such as banquet or theater-style seating, may affect the overall capacity, so if you have a specific seating arrangement in mind, the capacity numbers may change. Our team is here to help you design the perfect setup that works for your vision and guest list.

Event date and time will be reserved once a signed contract and deposit have been received. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to your event date. Any additional charges will be paid within three days of event end.

While we strive to provide a transparent and straightforward rental experience, there are a few additional fees to keep in mind, depending on the specifics of your event:

• Alcohol Surcharge: If you plan to have alcohol at your event, a flat alcohol surcharge of $350 will be applied.
• Refundable Deposit: All rentals at Creative Littleton require a $500 refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be returned following the event, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
• Payment Methods: We encourage clients to pay invoices using check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo for the most seamless experience. If you prefer to pay by credit card, a small processing fee will be applied.
• Cleaning Fee: Depending on the size, date, and time of your event, a cleaning fee of $150 may be applicable to ensure our space is ready for the next event.
